Speaking at the World Vision Offices in Angurai, Acting Chief Officer for Water, Environment and Natural Resources Moses Weunda said they will also audit the schemes infrastructure and management.

Management challenges that impacts negatively on the smooth running of the scheme will also be looked into. We shall also beef up staff to carry out lines patrol so as to improve on the surveillance, public private partnership and ownership of the project.
The meeting brought together the county government represented by the chief officer of water . Moses Weunda, BUWASCO acting managing director Juma Mulika and world Vision Regional Manager Kisumu, Joseph Tinkoi.
As for the damaged pipe at Angurai the Weunda and Angurai South ward MCA Grace Olita promised to factor in some funds in order to repair the broken pipe within the next few days so that water can flow and reach the residents of Angurai.
